Will customers know it's outsourced?

No. Quotes go on your domain, your letterhead, and the named quote owner is your account lead. We're invisible.

What if a supplier doesn't reply in time?

We have a fallback panel of approved suppliers per category, and a hard escalation rule at 36 hours. The customer never waits past your committed date.

Do you handle bid management too?

Yes — for larger, multi-line RFQs see Bid management. The quotes desk is the high-velocity, low-line-count workstream.
